Born and raised across North Queensland, Mitch joined COSCA in 2011 after graduating from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Commerce. He has since completed a Master's in Applied Finance and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. Mitch’s dedication and hard work saw him promoted to Chief Executive Officer of the COSCA Group in 2021. Mainly based out of our Springwood Practice, Mitch regularly visits all our locations and enjoys spending time with the broader team. He became a Shareholder in 2017 and also holds positions as a Director of the CoscaOne Foundation Ltd and Cosca Licensee Pty Ltd.
Outside of COSCA, Mitch and his wife love travelling the world and completed a lap around Australia in 2021. At home, they are foster carers, providing emergency care for children, and enjoy spending time with their Golden Retriever at the beach. Mitch's career journey is a testament to his commitment, having worked his way up from a graduate accountant to CEO. His qualifications include becoming a Chartered Accountant in 2005 and a Financial Planner in 2006. Mitch’s professional path reflects his blend of technical expertise, leadership, and a deep-rooted commitment to his community.
